Where we sit right now with the residential marketplace here in the Valley and really throughout much of America is unprecedented with LOW supply (Here is my blog post about inventory), Strong demand, and sales prices rising.
Below is a snapshot of where we sit right now. Notice only 178 active listings (and close to half are new construction) compared to over 400 last year! Also, note that pending sales sit at 340 versus 188 last year. Pretty Crazy! Of course, there are storm clouds & challenges on the horizon.

Bottom line its a fantastic time to sell a home for top dollar and really a great time to buy taking advantage of historically low interest rates. (be prepared though).
