How about $10,000 or $12,500 for your Downpayment?

There is a new program available to provide down payment assistance for qualified home buyers. There is $2,500,000 set aside to provide either $10,000 or $12,500 for your down payment and if you own the home 5 years at least nothing needs to be paid back. Pretty sweet and the last couple offers I received on listings were using this program. I suspect they will run out of money fast so let me know if you want more information, 907-863-7289.

Most of the local mortgage lenders offer this program! NeighborWorks Alaska HomeOwnership Center is proud to be part of the NeighborhoodLIFT Program in collaboration with Wells Fargo and NeighborWorks America.
